1. Dynamic desulfurizer

It may be heated using elecricity, steam or heat-conducive oil .
The raw material is fed to desulfurizer  from above. The recycled materials  go out  from the bottom .
The doors are open and closed manually. The manual method is mechanized .
Time of recycling for raw materials: 3 hrs (in all desulphurizers notwithstanding their volumes).
Volume capacity : 2 tons.

Production practice:
Rubberm softening agentm activator, water etc are added to desuphatizer. Heat is added at permanent stirring. 
When sulphur is completely out the equipment is turned off.
There are three methods of heat supply, namely heat-condusive oil, steam and electric heater .
Water consumption - 1 cycle: 1 t/1 desulfurizer
